I wanted a shower head that was easy to detach and had a durable metal cord because my last one was rubber/plastic and it broke apart and leaked. I've been using this shower head for 3 months now and I love it. The different spray configurations go from gentle rain to a hard pressure, and the head sits in an adjustable ball and socket joint so it's easy to move for short to tall people. Our whole family loves this shower head and I'm happy I spent the extra money for a nice one!Update: 4/7/14This shower head is still going strong. I live in California, and because of the drought, I am especially glad that this shower head has a quick on and off switch right at the neck of the spray head. It makes my whole family more likely to save water because it's so easy to use.I still highly recommend this product!I don't usually write reviews, but this product is worth talking about. We all deal with the same nonsense, buying our shower heads from the big box stores, only to be disappointed at the poor quality and cheap plastic construction. This hand held shower head from Zoe is the complete opposite. The connections and main bodies are brass plated with a chrome finish. The shower head itself is very sturdy and delivers good water pressure. The best part is the hose portion that connects the head to the water supply. Very strong but completely flexible, doesn't kink or twist. I'm buying two more for my other bathrooms. I have no connection to Zoe or Amazon.I can tell the quality has changed since the last time I bought it, but I trust I will be happy with it.I wanted the brushed nickel finish to complete the look of my bathroom. I was trying to replace my old shower head. I carefully put it all together and turned on the water. NONE of the water came out of the holes on the shower head. It all came spraying out around the sides. I then noticed that the part that turns was not assembled correctly. It was lopsided. I tried to straighten it out, but to no avail. I had already put the whole thing together with plumber's tape, so I could not just take it all back off. I ended up using the hose that came with it - it was fine, metal, no leaks - with my old (white) shower head. I was VERY disappointed with the horrible workmanship.
