Nothing is like Egyptian Cotton.New bathroomVery classy with the black stripesIf using for display only they are nice. Not practical for actual usage. I honestly believe they hold a stain more than any other towel I’ve had. Would not recommend.These are medium to light weight towels that are basically white with a grey strip in them. They are not as absorbent as my other towels, or as soft, but they work.You need to be VERY careful removing tags. Use cation and use scissors to remove tags. If you try to just pull off the tags, you will wind up taking off a lot of the loop material around that area!!! I have never seen a towel that is this susceptible to having the threads pulled out. So, be warned. If you start to pull threads, stop and trim them. If you do not, you will unravel a lot of your absorbing threads!!!sThis are ok towels and work. I would not put them in the luxury category.These are, for sure, the best towels I have owned. The first thing that jumped out for me was the size, the bath and hand towels are huge when compared to any I have or seen. I have another set of towels that are 550 GSM and I thought they were quite good, but these with a GSM "grams per square meter" of 700 are a little thicker and way more soft and absorbent. They stand out in the looks department with the simple design of white and the two medium gray stripes set the towels off nicely.
