I've had these washcloths for about a year now. For about the first 6 months they were super absorbent. But after repeated washings over a 6 month period I've found they are now not nearly as absorbent as they initially were. They are still great quality washcloths, but in about a year's time they will probably need to be replaced due to the decline in absorbency. Also, these shed a ton of lint when they are dried in the dryer, which is probably the reason for the decline in the absorbency.I ordered a yellow set the same brand. They are wonderful. The gray set came with all of the tags removed and that area was frayed. The seller is sending a new set.Love the color and softnessThese towels will "wow" you! And the color I purchased is light gray and go perfect in my bathroom. You will not be disappointed in these hand towels!I liked the soft, thick texture of the 100% cotton towel set and the aqua color. I liked it so well that I ordered another set. Heads up, it does take a couple of washings creating "lots" of lint. A good idea is to wash them separately from other stuff, because pinching the lint off the other items is difficult. Some were not absorbent. A lot of them didn't match the color in the picture. These are my absolute favorite! The color match on the light blue is spot on and just lovely. They're plush and absorbent and the quality seems good. I was hoping for a sage green but they're a little lighter in color than that.Still, it's a nice color.The first time we washed them, there was so much green lint in the machine we could've used it to make a whole other towel. Seriously, there was so much lint. And when you use the towels to dry your hands, you end up with lint all over your hands. It's gross and annoying, but it seems to be getting less with each time the towels are washed. I'm hoping someday soon I won't notice any lint.All in all, I think I would order them again if I needed more towels but couldn't get to a store where I could look at and feel different towels in person. And I think I would recommend them too.
