Delta is 5 Star Quality. If someone else is installing this for you, read no further.Wife Connie chose this unit for her bath. I installed it. If you intend to install it then maybe knowing what I did will help you. First, I did not rush. I received the product on a Saturday and spent the better part of two days totally assembling the unit on my work table. This made me gather almost all the tools and materials I needed to install it. I also watched several YouTube videos of guys installing similar products. Then I talked to Connie about where she wanted the unit installed on the wall. And on Monday afternoon, I installed it.I drilled the bar bracket mounting screw holes on the grout line/between tiles. This eliminated any verticle alignment problems. I had to start each of the four mounting holes with a 3/16" bit per the directions and then finish with a 1/4" bit to accommodate the (provided) plastic dry/wall anchors. I coated the back of the two brackets with plumbing sealant to make sure moisture doesn't get into the anchor holes--something I saw on the YouTube videos.
